Chimpout in Atlanta

 If you had not figured out that all by yourself, no police obviously also means no medics and firefighters.

Here you see a druggie having a chimpout at the local hospital, as always for no real reason.

As you watch one of these new saints of ours, the criminals, do their thing.

He knocks to the ground two random patients at the hospital, just because he is bored.

He also knocks down a nurse that tries to calm him down with reason, without effect as always.

These are the swines we godify.

They are made into saints. 

But utter assholes they are.
